📦 Processing & Fulfillment

All of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand. This means we don’t hold inventory — your items are custom-printed after you place an order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before shipping.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after the 2–5 business day fulfillment period.

🇺🇸 United States

Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after fulfillment

🇨🇦 Canada & 🇲🇽 Mexico

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

  • Delivery time may be extended due to customs processing or carrier delays.

  • Tracking is included when available, but may stop updating after the package crosses the border depending on the shipping partner and country.


🛃 Customs & Import Fees (Canada & Mexico)

International orders (including Canada and Mexico) may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local handling fees. These fees are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Forest Funk has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


📬 Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within 7 business days of placing your order. Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to begin updating.


⚠️ Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Forest Funk is not responsible for shipping delays, stolen packages, or items marked as delivered but not received. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please allow additional time during holidays, weather disruptions, or customs inspection.

  • Marked Delivered but not received: First, check with household members or neighbors, and contact your local carrier or post office.

  • Lost or damaged in transit: Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We’re happy to help if you need assistance, but we cannot guarantee compensation for shipping-related issues once the item has left our facility.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because all Forest Funk items are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Delays due to carrier or customs

However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us at info@forestfunk.net within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the product is eligible, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra charge.

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Customs delays, weather events, and high shipping volumes may extend delivery beyond standard windows.

  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and accept that your item is made to order with the shipping policies outlined above.
